Electronics Design

Our team has decades of combined experience in electronics design, schematic creation and PCB layout.

We have experience in digital, analog and RF circuit design. We use Altium Designer for all schematics, board layout and design rule checking. We have working relationships with several PCB manufacturing companies in Canada and China. Our manufacturing teams further check our board designs using Design For Manufacturability (DFM) rules, and can deliver quick turn-arounds on prototype PCBs and low volume production. High volume production may take slightly longer, mostly depending on parts availability, but production times for large volumes is usually not much longer than for prototypes.

We have a library of designs for basic building blocks of many common customer requirements, such as:

• embedded microprocessor and microcontroller applications,
• a full range of memory types and configurations,
• analog to digital and digital to analog conversion,
• temperature, pressure, shock, vibration and other environmental data gathering,
• WiFi, Bluetooth, and satellite model configurations,
• Internet of Things (IoT) networks
• FPGA and CPLD interfaces

We have experience with desiging to a full range of government and industry standards, as well as testing to verify compliance with these standards. Electronics equipment will normally be require certification to one or more of the following standards: UL, CE, EMC, FCC and CSA. etc.
