We have a range of standard test equipment to handle any general testing needs that may arise. We have rented equipment when necessary to perform more complex tests. The photos below illustrate a series of tests that we ran to test the emissions and efficiency of several sizes of on-highway diesel engines. These tests were conducted according to US EPA standards, and we had to design some custom test setups in order to achieve the required accuracy.
Depending on the intended use of a product, and depending on the region where the product is to be deplayed, a range of regulatory standards may have to be met, such as FCC, CSA, EC, EMI/EMC, FCC, etc. We do exploratory tests to determine a product's readniness to undergo certification tests. Formal certification tests can be expensive, so exploratory tests are normally conducted to increase the liklihood of passing formal tests.
When it is time to certify a product we can arrange with suitable labs to conduct the tests, and we can represent our clients interests during the conduct of certification tests.
